Rinse your filter with hot water before brewing
Use hot water between 90 - 96 degrees Celsius ( if using a kettle or boiling by another means, bring it to a boil and wait 45 seconds)
Measure your coffee- use 2 tablespoons of ground coffee for every 180ml of water
Begin pouring 1/2 the hot water over your ground coffee
Wait between 30-45 seconds, then pour the rest. (This will extract the most flavour from the coffee)
Allow the coffee to brew for between 3-4 minutes
Consume your freshly brewed coffee within 30 minutes of the brewing
